Please read these Terms carefully before using csmafia.com. They contain important provisions, including an arbitration clause, a class-action waiver, limitations of our liability, and the rule that virtual coins and items are for entertainment only and have no real-world monetary value.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and csmafia (“we”, “us”, the “Operator”), the operator of csmafia.com (the “Website” or the “Service”). By accessing, registering for, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by all policies referenced in them (including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AML/KYC Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
The Service is offered strictly for entertainment to adults. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your place of residence, whichever is higher. We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, suspend or close an account where we suspect the holder is under age, and request proof of age.
The Service is NOT available to, and may not be used by, residents of or persons located in:
You represent and warrant that you are not located in, a resident of, or a citizen of any restricted territory, and that your use of the Service does not violate any law applicable to you. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. Using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to disguise your location in order to access the Service is a material breach of these Terms.
csmafia is an online entertainment platform. The virtual coins, credits, balances, cases, and in-game items (collectively, “Virtual Items”) that appear on the Service are part of the entertainment experience only.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Nothing on the Service constitutes an investment, financial product, or a promise of profit or return of any kind.
You access the Service by signing in through Steam. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your Steam credentials secure. You may hold only one account. Creating or using multiple accounts, sharing an account, or accessing the Service on behalf of another person is prohibited.
You must provide accurate information where requested and keep it current. We may refuse, suspend, or close any account at our discretion, including where information is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
Coins are added to your balance when a payment is confirmed through our third-party payment processor(s). Payments are made in cryptocurrency and, once sent and confirmed on the relevant blockchain network, are final and irreversible. You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network to the address shown to you; assets sent on an unsupported asset or network may be unrecoverable.
Coins credited to your balance are a licence to access entertainment features of the Service. They cannot be transferred to other users, sold, or exchanged for cash by us.
You must use only payment methods that lawfully belong to you. Using another person's payment method or funds is strictly prohibited.
All purchases of Coins are final. Because Coins unlock entertainment features that are consumed immediately, they are non-refundable and are provided for entertainment purposes only. Once Coins have been used in any way (opening a case, an upgrade, a battle, or otherwise), no refund of any kind will be provided.
The only exception is a genuine, demonstrable payment error (for example, an accidental duplicate transaction) where no Coins from the affected payment have been used. Such requests must be sent to our support within a reasonable time and are assessed at our discretion.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or similar claim in respect of any payment made to the Service. Initiating such a claim in bad faith, or after Coins have been used, is treated as fraud.
Where a chargeback, reversal, or fraudulent payment is detected, we may, without notice and in addition to any other remedy: treat the associated transaction as void; suspend or permanently close your account; forfeit any remaining balance and Items; recover amounts owed to us; and report the matter to payment providers, anti-fraud networks, and the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we believe to be unauthorised or made in bad faith.
Where the Service offers the ability to withdraw an Item to an external account, withdrawals are a discretionary feature, may be subject to availability, verification, and limits, and may be suspended at any time. We may require you to complete identity verification (see our AML/KYC Policy) before processing any withdrawal, and may refuse or reverse a withdrawal where we suspect fraud, abuse, a breach of these Terms, or a legal or sanctions concern.
Outcomes on the Service are generated using a provably fair system that lets you independently verify that results were not manipulated. Details and a verifier are available on our Provably Fair page. By using the Service you accept the outcomes produced by this system.
You agree not to:
We operate anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer controls. We may, at any time, require you to verify your identity, age, location, and source of funds, and to provide supporting documents. Access to features (including withdrawals) may be withheld until verification is completed to our satisfaction. See our AML/KYC Policy for details.
All content on the Service, other than third-party marks, is owned by or licensed to csmafia and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our permission.
Counter-Strike, CS2, and all related items, names, and images are the property of Valve Corporation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Valve Corporation in any way.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or Virtual Items, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless csmafia and its operators, officers, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service immediately, without prior notice and without liability, for any reason, including any actual or suspected breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and any remaining balance or Items may be forfeited where termination results from your breach, fraud, or unlawful conduct.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before commencing any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days from written notice.
If the dispute is not resolved, it will be finally settled by binding individual arbitration seated in Cyprus, conducted in English. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that: (a) disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis; (b) you WAIVE any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action; and (c) you WAIVE any right to a trial by jury. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
